Triggering Customer Leads
The partnering process for creating a lead to Microsoft can either be triggered directly from the customer Teams admin center or you can trigger the process from the Live Platform Multiportal. Once the lead is created, you need to configure Calling regions and Country size in your Teams admin center. The lead is then sent to Microsoft Operator Connect portal for approval and your operator creates a new service with the OC Essential license. You are then connected for SIP trunk calling and your operator can upload and manage numbers on your tenant.

If a "Consentless" lead is created on Live Platform and then the customer creates a "Consented" lead in their Teams admin center, then two leads exist for the same tenant. However, only a single service can be created with the same Microsoft tenant Id. |

If the customer creates a "Consented" lead and then you attempt to create a "Consentless" lead on Live Platform, then the action fails. |
